🚨 WE’RE HIRING | Manager- HR Process 🚨 (Female shall be preferred) 📍 Department: Human Resources – HR Operations & Processes 👤 Reporting To: HR Manager / HR Head 🎓 Qualification: MBA/PGDM (HR) / BBA / Graduate with HR specialization Exp- 5 years 💼 About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to support and manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in HR Operations, HRMS, payroll coordination, documentation, compliance, and employee engagement. 🔑 Key Responsibilities • Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities & documentation • Maintain employee records, HR files, contracts and HR documentation • Handle attendance, leave & shift management • Coordinate monthly payroll inputs – attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, deductions, etc. • Update and maintain HRMS/HRMIS records and employee master data • Manage employee lifecycle activities – confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation & exit formalities • Support labour law compliance, audits & statutory documentation • Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, offers & joining follow-ups • Assist in employee engagement, induction & R&R activities • Implement HR policies and ensure adherence to company procedures • Prepare HR MIS & reports related to manpower, attendance, recruitment, attrition and leave • Identify process gaps and support HR process improvements 🧩 What We’re Looking For ✅ Good understanding of HR Operations ✅ Knowledge of HRMS, Payroll & Attendance Management ✅ Basic awareness of Labour Laws & HR Compliance ✅ Strong documentation and reporting skills ✅ Good command of MS Excel ✅ Excellent communication & coordination skills ✅ High level of confidentiality and attention to detail ✅ Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn 📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV on cv@linkhrsolution.com or reach us out on 8018049555 #Hiring #HRJobs #HRExecutive #HRTrainee #HROperations #HumanResources #HRRecruitment #HRJobsIndia #HiringNow #CareerOpportunity #Odishajobs #bbsrjobs Girija Kabi Satpathy Link HR Solution Private Limited Chandan Kumar Pati Aditi Mishra itishree nayak … more
