We’re looking for a Financial Data Analyst who can work with financial data, prepare reports, identify trends, and support data-driven business decisions. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Analyze financial and business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Prepare and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and financial reports. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy. Work with large datasets and identify discrepancies or data inconsistencies. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for management and internal stakeholders. Support revenue, cost, profitability, and performance analysis. Develop and maintain Excel-based reporting and analytical models. Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and other business teams to understand reporting requirements. Automate and improve existing reporting processes wherever possible. Present analytical findings and key insights to relevant stakeholders. 🔹 Required Skills 1–4 years of experience in Financial Data Analysis, Financial Reporting, MIS, Business Analytics, or a related field. Strong knowledge of MS Excel – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, charts, and data analysis. Good understanding of financial data and reporting concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work with large volumes of data with high accuracy. Good communication and stakeholder-management skills. Knowledge of Power BI / SQL will be an added advantage.
