Aniket Pal • 3rd+ Assistant Consultant at CIEL HR 4h • Follow WE’RE HIRING – EXECUTIVE HRBP | WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS Location: Kurund, Bhiwandi, Thane, Maharashtra Payroll: CIEL HR Services (Offrole) CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA Shift: Rotational Shifts About the Role We are looking for an Executive HRBP to manage day-to-day HR activities at a warehouse. The candidate will mainly handle blue-collar and contractual employees, manage attendance and manpower, support hiring and onboarding, resolve employee concerns, and work closely with the warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and managing a large workforce. Key Responsibilities Manage employee joining, onboarding and exit processes. Complete employee documentation and maintain employee records. Manage attendance, leave, shifts and manpower. Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, incentives and shifts. Resolve employee grievances and day-to-day HR issues. Coordinate with staffing agencies for contractual manpower hiring. Ensure required manpower is available as per warehouse requirements. Monitor attendance, absenteeism and employee attrition. Work closely with warehouse operations to improve employee discipline and productivity. Support employee engagement and retention activities. Prepare HR MIS, headcount, attendance and attrition reports. Ensure HR documentation and compliance activities are completed. Coordinate with internal teams and staffing vendors for workforce-related requirements . Candidate Requirements 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HRBP, Warehouse HR, Industrial HR, Plant HR or Employee Relations. Hands-on experience managing Blue-Collar and Contractual Workforce. Experience in Warehouse, Logistics, E-commerce, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Quick Commerce will be preferred. Experience working with staffing agencies/vendors. Good understanding of attendance, manpower planning and employee relations. Basic knowledge of Labour Laws and HR Compliance. Good communication and employee-handling skills. Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities. Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS. Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
