Aniket Pal • 3rd+ Assistant Consultant at CIEL HR 4h • Follow WE’RE HIRING – EXECUTIVE HRBP | WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS Location: Haryala, Kheda (Ahmedabad Region), Gujarat – 387570 Payroll: CIEL HR Services (Offrole) CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA Shift: Rotational Shifts About the Role We are looking for an Executive HRBP to manage day-to-day HR activities for employees working at a warehouse. The candidate will mainly handle blue-collar and contractual employees, manage attendance and manpower, support hiring and onboarding, resolve employee concerns, and work closely with the warehouse operations team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a warehouse environment and handling employee-related activities on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities Manage employee joining, onboarding and exit processes. Manage attendance, leave, shifts and manpower. Handle employee queries related to salary, attendance, incentives and shifts. Resolve employee grievances and day-to-day HR issues. Coordinate with staffing agencies for contractual manpower hiring. Ensure the required manpower is available as per warehouse requirements. Monitor attendance, absenteeism and attrition. Work closely with the warehouse operations team to improve employee discipline and productivity. Support employee engagement and retention activities. Prepare HR MIS, headcount, attendance and attrition reports. Ensure HR documentation and compliance activities are completed. Coordinate with internal teams and staffing vendors for workforce-related requirements. Candidate Requirements 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations, HRBP, Warehouse HR, Industrial HR, Plant HR or Employee Relations. Hands-on experience managing Blue-Collar and Contractual Workforce. Experience in Warehouse, Logistics, E-commerce,Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Quick Commerce will be preferred. Experience working with staffing agencies/vendors. Good understanding of attendance, manpower planning and employee relations. Basic knowledge of Labour Laws and HR Compliance. Good communication and employee-handling skills. Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS. Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
