We're hiring exceptional Backend Engineers for a US-based AI-Native InsurTech Product Company that's building cutting-edge products at scale. This isn't just another backend role— we're looking for top engineers who have built products from the ground up, thrive in fast-paced environments, and love solving complex engineering problems. What we're looking for: ✔️ 5–12 years of hands-on backend engineering experience ✔️ Strong Computer Science fundamentals, DSA & System Design ✔️ Founding Engineer mindset with experience building products from 0→1, 1→10, or 1→100 ✔️ Experience solving complex scalability and distributed systems challenges ✔️ Hands-on experience with AI, especially Agentic AI (preferred) ✔️ Product company experience is a must (startup experience is a strong plus) ✔️ Tech stack is not a constraint—we value strong engineering fundamentals over specific languages.
