Eligibility Criteria. Age: Below 30 Years. Languages Mandatory: Hindi & English. Graduation Preferred but Not Mandatory. Educational Requirements. 10th & 12th: Minimum 50% Marks Mandatory. Graduation: Minimum 50% Marks Preferred. Experience & Salary Structure. 0–1 Year Experience: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000. 1–2 Years Experience: ₹22,000 – ₹27,000. 2–3 Years Experience: ₹27,000 – ₹30,000. Salary Note. Fixed Salary Structure. 1% TDS Deduction Applicable. No PF & No Incentives. Candidates with More Than 3 Years of Experience Will Not Be Considered. Work Details. 6 Days Working. 9-Hour Shift. Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Rotational Week Off. Job Role. Handle collection-related customer interactions. Follow up with customers for pending payments. Maintain collection records and ensure timely recovery. Achieve collection targets and maintain process quality. Requirements. Good communication and negotiation skills mandatory. Immediate joiners preferred. Strict screening process will be followed. Interview Process.
