What the role covers

BPO Sales Manager. Location: Kolkata, West Bengal. Job Type: Full-Time | In-Office. Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM. Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month + Performance Incentives. Experience: 2–5 Years. Immediate Joiners Preferred. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead the BPO sales team. Set and achieve daily, weekly & monthly sales targets. Monitor team performance and conversion rates. Develop sales strategies to improve revenue. Track calls, leads, follow-ups and closures. Train and coach Sales Executives & Telecallers.
