Jay Shankar • 3rd+ Passionate About People & Tech | Talent Acquisition | Client Growth | Vconnect Job 8h • Follow 🚨 WE’RE HIRING | ACCOUNTS PAYABLE MANAGER 🚨 We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead our AP team, manage vendor payments, ensure accurate accounting, and drive process improvements. 📍 Location: Andheri East Mumbai 💼 Experience: 5–7 Years 💰 Salary: ₹6.5 – ₹9 LPA 🕐 Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–6:30 PM 📅 Working Days: Alternate Saturday | Sunday Fixed Off 🔑 Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team • Review, process, and approve vendor invoices and payments • Coordinate with internal teams for approvals and invoice discrepancies • Manage vendor/supplier relationships and resolve payment issues • Oversee payment processing through bank transfers, cheques, etc. • Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance • Prepare AP ageing, cash-flow, and payment reports • Support month-end closing, accruals, and reconciliations • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation • Ensure compliance with accounting laws, standards, and company policies ✅ Mandatory Requirements • B.Com / BAF or equivalent qualification • 5–7 years of experience in UK / International / Indian Accounting • Minimum 3–5 years in an Accounts Payable Manager / Managerial role • Must have managed a team of 3+ members • Strong knowledge of UK or International Accounting preferred • Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, or similar accounting software • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 🎯 Ideal Candidate: An experienced AP professional with strong team-management skills, international accounting exposure, and hands-on experience in accounting software. 📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV with relevant experience. 📱 Call/WhatsApp: +91 93228 66079 📧 Email: neha@vconnectjob.in #Hiring #AccountsPayable #APManager #AccountsManager #FinanceJobs #AccountingJobs #UKAccounting #InternationalAccounting #AccountsPayableManager #FinanceHiring #JobOpening #HiringNow #AccountsJobs #CareerOpportunity … more 1 1
