Tanvi Khedkar • 2nd Senior Executive Talent Acquisition 55m • Follow 📢 WE ARE HIRING – Accounts Executive / Accounts Manager 📍 Location: Virar, Maharashtra 💼 Experience: 3–5 Years 🎓 Qualification: B.Com / MBA (Finance) – Non-CA candidates can also apply 📄 Employment Type: 6-Month Contract 💰 Salary: Up to ₹25,000/- In-Hand per month We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive / Accounts Manager to join our Finance & Accounts team. 🔑 Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end accounting for expenses, vendor payments & employee reimbursements • Handle month-end provisions, prepaid expenses and advance payments • Perform regular vendor and employee outstanding reconciliations • Manage Fixed Assets accounting, including additions, deletions & depreciation • Maintain and update the Fixed Assets Register • Handle banking entries and Bank Reconciliation • Manage accounting for borrowings, repayments, interest payments & accruals • Handle TDS, including return filing, payments and challan records • Coordinate with statutory auditors and provide required financial records/documents • Ensure proper storage and retrieval of vouchers and accounting documents 🎯 Required Skills: ✔ Strong accounting knowledge ✔ TDS & statutory compliance ✔ Bank Reconciliation ✔ Fixed Assets Accounting ✔ Vendor & Employee Reconciliation ✔ Audit Coordination ✔ NBFC / Financial Services experience preferred 📩 Interested candidates can share their updated CV at: tanvi@itfms.com 📢 Looking for a new opportunity?
